All our colleagues are employed on a full-time contract, but we can also offer part-time or flexible contracts. We’re used to working with students, moms, and dads. The first contract is usually for one year, and if both sides are satisfied, it is followed by a permanent contract.

Here, you manage your time yourself. You can start early in the morning or after your coffee; the main thing is that your work rhythm suits you. The only requirement is that we meet for a team meeting at 10 a.m., either in person or online. We can accommodate students and parents and find a schedule that works long-term.

If you deliver quality work and are reliable, after your first year with us, you’ll get five weeks of vacation. Additionally, everyone is entitled to three sick days when you can stay home without guilt and recharge your energy.

Every month before payday, we review the work done and, together with your project manager, decide how to distribute any bonuses. Besides financial rewards, we offer an unlimited data plan, a contribution to pension insurance, a Multisport card, meal allowance, and other benefits by agreement.

Once a year, we host a pre-Christmas party, but throughout the year, we also like to meet informally for bowling, mini-golf, or just a beer. Attendance is not mandatory, so introverts also find their place here, although they often talk the most at the party. Besides that, we celebrate birthdays together, and you’ll receive a personal greeting and a gift that you choose yourself to truly make you happy.
