API, GraphQL and Data Transfers Without Manual Work

Data Bridges Between Systems

We connect digital applications, from modern real-time APIs to legacy systems using FTP file exchange. We build an integration layer that securely transforms data, synchronizes processes, and grows with your business.

Transformace dat

Transformation and Mapping

Conversion of XML, CSV, JSON, and proprietary structures. Entity mapping, validation, enrichment, and deduplication.

Napojení na API

API and GraphQL

Creation and consumption of REST and GraphQL APIs. Authentication, rate limiting, retry policies, and idempotent processing.

What Is a Data Bridge

A Single Layer That Connects Systems

A data bridge is an integration layer that unifies data transfer and transformation between different systems. It can read from REST APIs, GraphQL, queues, and file-based exchanges, delivering data in the target format wherever it’s needed.

Our solutions include automatic data transformation during transfer based on client-defined rules. We often use it for marketing platform integrations, for example automating Google Ads campaigns, where incoming data is modified according to predefined conditions.

In practice, this means fewer errors, less manual work, and real-time up-to-date data. The bridge includes monitoring, alerts, and an audit trail, so you always know what passed through and where.

File Exchange as an API

FTP watch, parsing, schema validation, and publication to REST. Event logging and safe fallbacks.

Bridges for Accounting and ERP

QuickBooks, Money, Pohoda, or SAP. Two-way sync scenarios, control reports, and exception handling.

Legacy Integrations and Real Scenarios

When the End System Has No API, We Create One

We can build an API layer even on top of older systems. We typically read from FTP folders, XML or CSV exports, convert them into modern interfaces, and send them further. In the opposite direction, we generate files in the exact required format so the legacy system can continue running without changes.

Example from practice: a client’s old internal system exports only XML via FTP. Our integration service converts the data to Alza.cz structure and publishes it via API. Another example is a bridge for QuickBooks that synchronizes orders, payments, and invoices between an e-shop and ERP.

Our Process

We quickly design an integration layer that reliably connects your systems and can be easily expanded.

01

Analysis of Sources and Targets

We map APIs, files, schemas, and transfer frequencies. We define data flows and SLA.

02

Bridge Design

We design data models, transformations, security, retry strategies, and monitoring.

03

Implementation and Testing

We develop in iterations. We test on data samples, prepare a sandbox, and pilot operation.

04

Operation and Development

SLA, logging, alerts, scaling. We gradually add connectors and scenarios.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Data Bridges

Every integration is unique. Below are answers to the most common questions we deal with.

Contact Us

When there are multiple systems with different formats or no API. A data bridge unifies logic and simplifies management and auditing.

We use queues, retries with backoff, idempotency, and sequence checks. Everything is logged, and alerts are sent in case of errors.

Yes. We monitor folders, validate schemas, transform and publish to REST or GraphQL. We also generate XML or CSV in return.

Encryption at rest and in transit, separate identities, audit logs, and the principle of least privilege. Access credentials are stored in a secrets vault.

Yes. We define metrics, response times, reporting, and operational procedures. 24/7 mode is available when required.
