Real-time Equity Management and Company Valuations
In 2021, we took over the development of the Eqvista platform, which helps US companies and clients around the world manage their equity structures, valuations, investor relations, and cap tables. Today, the project is one of the most widely used platforms of its kind, serving hundreds of companies, startups, and investors daily, and has grown from zero to one of the top three valuation providers in the US in a short time.
Our developers gradually became the core of Eqvista’s technology team, from development to project leadership and technical growth. We provide architecture, backend and frontend development, code review, roadmap planning, testing, and overall strategy oversight. We act as CTO as a Service and are a full part of the C-level team moving the project forward.

Our Role in the Project
Eqvista is a large SaaS system combining corporate governance, financial management and equity operations. Our mission was to stabilize the existing code, streamline processes, and create a foundation for long-term sustainable growth.
- CTO as a Service — we took over technical leadership and the developer team.
- Refactoring and stabilization of the Laravel application.
- Roadmap planning and management of the development cycle (sprints, code reviews, QA).
- Team leadership and mentoring of internal developers across the USA, Czechia, and Asia.
- Strategic oversight of integrations and new module development.
- API integrations ranging from financial data and modeling to AI agent connections.
Technologies Used
The platform is built on Laravel and Vue.js, connected to MySQL and Redis databases, running on AWS infrastructure with Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI. For monitoring, we use Grafana, Sentry, and internal alerting integrated with Google Chat and email notifications.
Development and Strategy
We are actively involved in the project’s direction — from technology decisions to product strategy. We help the client design new modules, validate ideas, and evaluate development priorities. We closely collaborate with the marketing and analytics teams to ensure the product evolves according to market needs.
Our long-term cooperation has brought increased system stability, faster development, and significantly higher quality output. Thanks to the combination of technical and strategic expertise, Eqvista can respond faster and more effectively to its customers’ needs.
We don’t see our collaboration as just a contract or subcontract. We are a full part of the Eqvista project, taking ownership at every step and maintaining daily communication with both the teams and company management.
Results
Thanks to strategic partnership with Webwings, Eqvista has become one of the fastest-growing FinTech platforms for cap table and company valuations in the USA. It currently processes millions of records, thousands of transactions, and manages equity for companies across the country.
The project proves that a combination of technical leadership, long-term cooperation, and agile management can be the key to international success.
