ERP systém pro správu amerických společností
IncParadise is one of the largest providers of company formation and management services in the United States. Its internal ERP system covers all processes from customer, order, and payment management to internal workflow and reporting. In 2017, we took over the management and development of this legacy platform built on PHP 5.3 and MySQL.
The goal was to ensure stable operation, improved security, and modernization without rewriting the entire system from scratch. Our approach maintained continuity, minimized risks, and gradually introduced new technologies to ensure long-term system sustainability.

Our Role in the Project
The legacy ERP platform had over 10 years of operation, dozens of modules, and tens of thousands of active clients. After taking over, we performed a complete technical audit, mapped the architecture, and proposed a plan for stabilization and gradual modernization of the system.
- Code stabilization and elimination of critical bugs after the previous integration.
- Performance optimization and database improvements, reducing server load by more than 30%.
- System security, including library updates and server environment migration.
- Development of new modules including invoicing and customer profile management.
- Long-term monitoring and SLA-based support.
- Started with a small task — certificate generation, followed by extended cooperation.
- Hosting and security management, backups, updates, hardening, and penetration testing.
- New client application built in Nette Framework on top of existing data for higher performance and better UX.
- REST API for integrations and mobile apps (Android/iOS) for company management.
- Integrations with Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks, and other systems.
- Long-term SLA and continuous development without a full system rewrite.
Technologies and Infrastructure
The ERP system runs on PHP 5.3 and MySQL, with implemented layers for secure API communication, backups, and monitoring. We provide hosting on dedicated servers with automatic backups, encrypted access, and sandbox environments for testing.
We are gradually migrating parts of the application to modern frameworks (Symfony and Laravel), adding new frontend modules in Vue.js, and building REST APIs for integration with external systems and customer portals.
We keep the legacy core on PHP 5.3 and MySQL running separately, while building new parts in the Nette Framework and gradually adding more modern frameworks. This preserves continuity while accelerating delivery of new features.
Operations and Long-term Collaboration
IncParadise is one of the clients where we took over full oversight of technical operations. We monitor system performance, handle maintenance, SLA support, backups, and regular recovery tests. We maintain daily communication with the client, discuss new modules, and propose steps for gradual migration to a new architecture.
Thanks to the combination of legacy system experience and modern development, we can continue evolving the system without interrupting operations. This project exemplifies long-term partnership and technical continuity in older but still critical systems.
Results
Thanks to stabilization, optimization, and modernization, the ERP system has been running for several years without major incidents. It is now more stable, faster, with fewer errors, and offers a better user experience. The new client app and REST API have enabled more efficient operations and service development.
